Main Menu not showing on all pages

Hi all , i created another site and am having some problems with the main navigatoin menu.

on the homepage all the child pages show correctly but when i go into the child page they dont all show.

on my pages like login they dont show at all.

Please could someone show me what im doing wrong or may have missed

nevermind. all i had to do was change the block settings . i set the HOMEPAGE and the page level to 1
