How do I switch theme being used?

I feel so silly for asking the question, because it seems so basic. However, I can't find a straightforward answer.

So how do I switch between the current theme being used to a new one?

    Rock Admin panel > Admin Tools > CMS Configuration > Sites

    Jay's answer is correct. Alternatively, you can 'preview' the theme by adding ?theme=[theme name] to the URL. It will change the theme for you and set a cookie to persist it, but not change it for everyone else.
