0 Can I rename the Internal Site? 1 David Leigh posted 9 Years Ago I wanted to change the name of the internal site from "Rock RMS" to include the name of our church. This name is displayed in the browser tab, so I would like to use this method to both personalize the site and also to distinguish between "test" and "live' sites. However, when I edit the Site Detail, the Name and Description are locked. As a workaround, I have changed the name in the database and it seems to work without any problems. However, I would like to know if there is any reason why the internal site name should not be changed?
David Leigh 9 years ago Ok, thanks Jon.I have done this and it has not caused any problems so far.Would it be useful to unlock the Name field in the UI to make it easier for others to make this change in the future?I often work on both test and live systems, and it's very helpful to be able to quickly differentiate between browser tabs.
