Hello everyone,

What is the simplest way to make a custom theme?  I understand where to access themes and that making a copy of Stark is the easiest, but how should I proceed from that point?  I've watched the videos on Less, Bootstrap, and the Rock Themes, where the Theme.less and Bootstrap.less files are referenced, and then Prepros is used to make changes to variables.  How do I access those 2 files (if I should)?  Any help is appreciated.
