Family Manager iPad App

how do you use the Family Manager iPad App? 

The Rock Check-in app asks for a URL at first. But the Family Manager app does not and then simply crashes? I looked in settings in my iPad to see if there was maybe something I needed to setup, but it doesn't even show up in my list of apps. Love the idea, don't know how to use it though.

    Ok...after thinking about this for quite a while, I realized I was one update behind in my iOS. After updating my iPad the Family Manager now asks for a url. It seems to have fixed it. 

    Hopefully this may help others in the future.

    where did you find the authentication when the app first launches?
