Cover letter for giving statements

Is it possible to add a cover letter to giving statements with the statement generator? We generally include a mail merged letter with statements. In the past, they have printed them separately and just make sure that the names match when they pull from each pile to put them in the envelopes. We would like to avoid that headache if possible.

    Like Arran mentioned above, you can use Dynamic PDF Designer to customize the layout. That tool does allow you to add page breaks, so you can accomplish a cover page with personal info on it for each statement with that software.  Use the PageBreak tool in the ToolBox on the left - add your cover page content on the top, the page break, then the statement info under that.

    Dynamic PDF Designer isn't the most user friendly - lots of trial and error should help you get what you need.

    Hey Keley.

    Out of the box there's no way to do this. It may be possible to rig something up using the custom statement layouts, you can read more about that here.
    I'd recommend suggesting this as an idea at rockrms.com/ideas.
