Page Security

Good afternoon,

We are trying to populate our staff and volunteers into the rock, giving them the proper access.  We have several volunteers setup as "Staff-Like Users" and they can create users just fine, except we have noticed implied and known relationships do not populate the plus sign allowing the "Staff-Like User" who is logged in to add a relationship.  I have tried adding "staff-Like" users to the "Item Permissions" of the person page, but this does not seem to take effect.  I have read the documentation several times and am wondering if we are not adjusting the security correctly.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    To give Staff ability to add Known Relationships, select Admin Tools > General Settings > Group Types, and then click the security icon for the "Known Relationships" group type.  Select the Edit tab, and then add "Staff Users" and "Staff-like Users" as allowed roles. We'll make this the default setting in the next update.

    Implied relationships will eventually be determined by system ( not manually entered ), so you wouldn't want to give staff access to edit the Implied Relationships.
