0 Unsubscribe Note 2 Jeremy Turgeon posted 9 Years Ago When someone goes to the unsubscribe page and chooses "I am no longer involved with (your church name)" it gives them the option to provide a comment. Where is the comment saved?
Arran France 9 years ago I think there's an issue on 3.4, try turning them back to active and inactive
Jeremy Turgeon 9 years ago It probably is fixed in 4.0 but without SMTP Relay setup, I can't test it. Re-activating the account still gives the same problem in 3.4.
