Has anybody looked into room ratio on Check-In? Our church has the need for the Check-In system to automatically open or close rooms when a voluneer has checked in to the room. It would be like 2 volunteers to 12 children and when the room is full based off the ratio it would automatically close. Or when 2 volunteers have checked in, the room would open for parents to check in their child to. It would also be nice, when the room closes it opens an overflow room for parents to checkin their child to. I just wanted to see if any other churches were working on this or if this might be something coming out in a future update (4.0).
