Hi Michael. Thank you. I'm sorry. The issues was that I was using the test check-in areas. I just opened up a time today in our real areas to test, and it does appear to be working.

Michael, is there a report that can be created. To verify who is being checked in? We just want to verify that it is working. The report that I was able to create did not have names, just ID's.

Within 12 hours, you can use the "checkinmanager" site (http://yourrockdomain.com/checkinmanager ) to monitor it.
Of course Rock has built-in attendance analysis and metrics tools you can see in the documentation.
But if you want to go back and see who was checked in at an arbitrary date, you'll probably be looking at rolling your own report using SQL.
