Is Bluehost able to be used to setup RockCMS? Thanks

Bluehost is a Linux/MySQL host, but Rock requires a Windows/SQL server.

Right now, I'm utilizing Amazon's cloud hosting for our Rock installation. It's relatively cheap and has reliable uptime/speed but it does take some work to get everything installed and up and running. Rock's manuals are great though, so it's definitely doable.
