Trouble Adding Attribute Category to Extended Attributes

I am having trouble adding a attribute category with personal attributes assigned to it on the person detail page under the extended attributes. What am I missing?

    I answered my own question. I did not read far enough into the Administrator Checklist - Note: When you create a new category of person attributes you'll want to add that new category to the Person Profile page to allow for entry/edit. To do this go to any individual's detail page and add a new 'Attributes Value' block to the zone you'd like it to appear. Or Page 50 on the Person and Family Field Manual. Just needed to dig a little harder.
