Letting workflow activities be completed without logging in

Hi everyone,

Here's what I want to do: I want a workflow that does these steps:

  1. Our administration volunteer starts a workflow for a monthly call for rosters.
  2. The pastor is emailed and directed to a Google doc to fill out the preaching roster for the next month.
  3. He clicks a link in his email when he's done, which triggers step 4.
  4. The service leader coordinator is emailed with a link to the same Google doc.
  5. He clicks a link in his email when he's done, which triggers the next email.
  6. … and so on through a few different people.

Here's the catch: I'd like to be able to do this without the pastor / service leader / other roster contributor needing to be logged in users. The administration volunteer can be logged in to start the workflow, but the others need to be able to mark their tasks complete without logging in.

Any ideas how to do that?

    Hi Sam,

I'm not sure you can access a workflow that's in progress without being logged in.  You could jump people between different workflows but that wouldn't share information.

    Hey Sam,

Did you ever get this figured out?

No, never did. I think I'll just have to make people log in.
