Accessing Defined Types Values in Workflows

Hi all, I created a new defined type with a few values.

In my workflow the user selects one of these values as an input.

I then filter based on what was selected to send an email to the correct person

The filter checks if the attribute (the defined type list) IS EQUAL to text i.e. "defined type value"

but its not working work

Hi Jeremy. I added some screens. The TEXT VALUE in the FILTER is the value i entered in the DEFINED TYPE "Training Academy Courses"

All the next step in the workflow does is sent a mail to the appropriate department

some how the "value" doesn't match the FILTER so its not sending

Hi Dillan. Have you resolved this? Try testing for 'Starts with Baptism'.
