We went live with Online Giving using Payflow Pro as our gateway.   It works as advertized except for the batches.   It is creating several batches,  some with one transaction and some with multiples.   I know I can merge the batches together but this is going to be hard to reconsile to our deposits from our internet merchant account.   Is there a way to control the way the batch is created and frequency?   I thought this is what the Process Payment Job would do but I am actually getting two batches that are exactly the same for the recouring payments when I run the job.
