Install Stuck at Download Successful

While installing Rock on our new test server, The install works perfectly fine until it gets done copying into the web directory.  When "The Rock RMS has been downloaded and installed on your web server. The next step is to setup and configure the database" appears and we press "next" it appears to begin working, but never does anything.  It will not go to the next screen to allow us to create the admin user account.  What could we be missing?

We have tried this on two different servers, one hosted on Arvixe and one internal server.

    I just re-ran the install on our Arvixe test account and it ran smoothly.  Not sure what could be different. If you send me you Arvixe logins (both control panel and FTP) I can try to look at it quickly.  jon(at)sparkdevnetwork.org.  We're really busy right now so no promises...

    We purchased a second domain from Arvixe ($10) and added it to our existing hosting account.  Once we ran the install from a new "website" inside of Arivxe, the install went fine.
