Moving to Rock

My church is trying to ease into using Rock by starting with using it for our kids only (for now). Children's check-in/check-out will be our primary use for it. Once we have that system down we will begin the process of of moving the whole church to it. Any tips or information on to make the transition smoother?

By the way, our children's check-in system is Excellerate and it uses a Microsoft Access 2007 databse to store information, so any tips on importing that information would be great.

    You would need to be able to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet and go to: https://github.com/NewSpring/Excavator/ however i would recommend waiting a few days before downloading the Excavator app as it is not yet Rock 3.2 ready.

    Just to add to Jay's suggestion of using Excavator to import it's worth noting that there is currently no way (that I know of!) of importing historical check-in data to Rock.
