(How to change items in) External Website: Connect Page -> Left Navigation

I want to rename "SMALL GROUPS" in the External Website: Connect Page -> Left Navigation

cant seem to find the spot to do so

 

i tried renaming the CHILD pages but it didnt work

    ok, on the page you want to rename, on the ADMIN PANEL  select PAGE PROPERTIES and rename PAGE TITLE field
