Emails - New Communication doesnt add Logo, System sent mail do

As per the title when createing a new communtication, No logo is include

but systems mails e.g. from workflows have the logo in

how can i standardise this

    i figured it out.

    The system template uses the global attribute >> email header which has reference to the logo.

    In the custom template you also can add a logo

     

    but they work differently and Independently, which means changing one doesnt change the other
