Marking attendence with check-ins: inconsistent results

I don't understand what's going on here. We ran check-in for our children's ministry this weekend- two services it was just a few people, but it went well enough that for two services Rock WAS our check-in system for everyone.

Now when I'm going back and looking at a few profiles, I'm seeing inconsistent attendence results. My profile badges, for example (I checked my kids in - to several things actually) indicate that 1/16 of the past weeks my family has attended, but the bar graph of the monthly attendence for the last 2 years is still all flat.

Yet, other families who checked in this weekend show the rightmost bar at full height, and 0/16 of the last weeks attended.

Still other families show nothing on either graph.

Without digging blindly through the SQL database I'm not sure how to look at the data to see what is, and isn't, getting recorded.

If you want me to run some SQL queries, it might help to know that person 509 in family 191 shows 1/16 with a flat bar graph. Person 404 in family 158 shows zero for both (but did check in). I know I found someone yesterday with a bar graph but 0/16, but now I don't remember who. I'll post the details when I find it again.

I don't have any advise on this but can say we have been experiencing the same issues with our records. I just noticed it last night as I was working on some other things and put it down as a "look into later" sort of thing.

We have fixes completed for these items. We just missed the v2.0 window so they will be in the v2.1 fix package.

    Hey Michael,

This sounds like something worth reporting as an issue for the Rock guys over at Github

I put it here to see if others were experiencing the same thing- I actually had decided that I must have misread that Checkin marked attendance out-of-the-box, and posted here because I was curious about what I saw on the badges. The Rock guys worked with me last night over e-mail - I expect them to post an answer here shortly - but I can at least tell you they said a bug was identified with the 16-week badge and a fix is coming. But what I CAN say with some certainty is that I discovered that the bar graph IS working properly ... just not on IE. (wah wah wahhhh).
So thanks again to the Rock guys, and when they post an answer with the information they want to post about this, I'll mark that answer.
