How do I install 16.7 Alpha? I have Early Access and I'm using 16.6.

You need to be invited to the Alpha Test team. You can indicate your interest here https://community.rockrms.com/get-involved/role/alpha-beta-testers
Note you would never want to install an alpha version on a production system. You need a solid test environment/instance (preferably with a copy of your production database) in order to participate.
