Best Compatible Wireless Printers For Check-in?

Does anyone have any recommendations for the best wireless/airprint printer for check-in? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hey Bob, we currently use the Zebra ZD621 and it works great for us.  I would not stray far from the official list here: https://community.rockrms.com/documentation/bookcontent/10/307#printers

      Hey, Zack! One quick question about that printer. Is it the ZD621 or 621d? The document you sent me, says "Make sure you purchase the d, not t— very few (if any) churches need thermal-transfer capability." The "d" model runs over $1k where as the plain 621 is just a little over 1/2 that price around $600. What are the differences? Or do you know?

      Hey Bob, 

      You’re looking at two different kinds of printing. The 621d is “direct thermal” and the 621t is “thermal transfer”.  Here’s an explanation https://www.zebra.com/us/en/resource-library/faq/difference-between-direct-thermal-and-thermal-transfer-printing.html

      Usually equipment and supplies are more expensive with the t model. Could you share where you’re seeing those prices? 


      We order the d model through the vendor IT1, and they sell them to us brand new for just under $700. We add zebra care for an additional  $85 and a label cutter for $115. 

      They’re an authorized partner to resell zebra printers, which is important if you want access to zebra support.
