Hi. Am looking at Rock as a potential church management solution. We are a small (<120 person) church in the UK. All we really want to use Rock for is as a pastoral database (record small group attendance & give small group leaders the ability to add pastoral notes for their group). What’s the minimum spec we would need - or, dare I say it, would there be something else that would be more simple/suitable?

    Hey Gareth,

    The "Planning for Rock" manual (link) has some server spec recommendations. It sounds like you would fit comfortably into their "Small Installs" recommendation.

    If your organization is registered as a nonprofit/charity you are likely eligible for a yearly grant from Microsoft that would more than cover your hosting costs on Azure. Here is Microsft's info page about their nonprofit program: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/getting-started
