Timeline permissions

Is there a way to set permissions on deleting/editing timeline entries on a person profile?  I tried setting the edit/administrate permission for a specific user on the timeline block but that still does not give that user the ability to edit or delete a timeline entry.  I also tried setting the permission on the note entity type, which also failed.  Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

    You might check out System Settings > Note Types and adjust the security on the Note Type there. There are lots of layers for Security, so it can take some time to get everything the way you want.

    Hi Rick,

    To clarify, are you talking about Notes or are you talking about the timeline view for a person's Group History?
