Group Structure and Configuration

We are new to Rock and are trying to understand the most efficient and accurate way to configure our ministries, classes and  events as it relates to communication, attendance, registration, security and history retention.

We are struggling to figure this out on paper before development.   Does anyone have a template or resource to help us figure this out?

We appreciate any assistance!
