Allowing Group Leaders to Email Roster only

I would like to allow group leaders to have access to the Email Roster on the external site. However, I do not want them to be able to edit the group or manage the members. Is there a way to ONLY add the Email Roster option?

Luke in Rocket.Chat has given me to Lava to perhaps do this, but was hoping there was an easier way.
