Individual Contribution Statements

We are trying to print an individual contribution for a member who does not have computer access. I am the Rock Administrator (also in that security role). When I go to the individual's contributions on their profile, and select "2018 YTD," under "Available Contribution Statements" it produces my personal contribution statement, not the members'. Ive also tried this under the "Financial Administration Role" with the same result. We did not have this issue last year. Is there a glitch? Or do I have something configured wrong?

    This does sound odd, and incorrect behavior. The way you describe it is exactly how I would do it. I would try the following to diagnose:

    • Force reload the page (on Chrome, this is typically Ctrl+Shift+R on the keyboard; if using MacOS, substitue Command for Ctrl)
    • Try a different browser
    • Log out and then back in to Rock
    • Clear browser Cache
    • Clear Rock Cache (and if you can recreate the problem, file a bug report as I don't think a cache reset should 'fix' this)

    Please reply with if any of those options worked.
