I wanted to ask if I am missing something simple because I am having an insane number of duplicates. 

Is there a setting that needs to be turned on so the system will allow people with a matching name/e-mail to be automatically linked with an individual? 

We are having a person duplicate created for every:

1. New device connected to our Wifi

2. Event registrations (when sign-in is not required)

3. Website registration 

Most of the time the name and e-mail match so I thought they should auto link but it's not working.
