<p>Double check the following:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Edit the kiosk device you are using ( Admin Tools &gt; Check-in Settings &gt; Devices ) and confirm the Locations that kiosk is associated with.</li>
	<li>Edit the Group/Locations ( Admin Tools &gt; Check-in Settings &gt; Check-in Configuration &gt; Groups/Locations ). Verify that at least one of the groups in the area you are selecting from the first check-in admin screen (screen prior to one you show above) is configured for the same location that kiosk was associated with ( or a location that is a child location of the kiosk&#39;s location ).</li>
	<li>Edit the check-in Schedule ( Admin Tools &gt; Check-in Settings &gt; Check-in Configuration &gt; Schedule ) and make sure that your 24/7 schedule is associated with a group/location combination that is a location the same ( or a child of ) the kiosk&#39;s location.</li>
	<li>Confirm that you&#39;r 24/7 schedule ( Admin Tools &gt; Check-in Settings &gt; Schedules ) is a recurring schedule and includes a value for the &#39;Enable Check-in&#39; or &#39;Close Check-in&#39; values (See the 4:30 test or 6:00 test schedules as an example).</li>
</ol>

<p>If that doesn&#39;t help, you might need to include some screenshots of these configurations and the options you select on the first check-in admin screen.</p>

<p>The Location selected for my kiosk is the Parent of all created locations, and the locations of my check-in areas are children of the Main Campus Location. Schedule appears to be built correctly and on a recurring basis (daily). My check-in areas are selected with the 24/7 Test 01 schedule and these same areas are selected on the /checkin portal. From my initial post I saw that the Kiosk did not have a Parent location selected only children, so I made this change to a parent location only.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I have also noticed an odd functionality on the /checkin I can adjust my schedule at the Check-in Configuration and deselect schedules, upon doing this the /checkin portal gives me a screen reading &quot;There are no current or future schedules for this kiosk!&quot;. So when I have a schedule selected as shown above I receive the first screen shot that I posted above. This leads me to believe that my schedules are being recognized, not super confident about the locations. With different settings than shown above I created the kiosk location the specific children locations and still received no functionality.&nbsp;</p>

<p>What do the settings look like for the 24/7 schedule, in first screenshot (the settings after clicking edit)? I would also recommend comparing your 24/7 test to the 4:30 or 6pm test schedules which are set up under the check-in test area.</p>

<p>Thanks for the suggestion Brandon. I actually do not see any options for the 4:30 or 6pm test schedules anywhere in the schedule area. Maybe they have been deleted or renamed, but here are the settings on my Weekly 24/7 test schedule.</p>

<p>Any other suggestions for the schedule based on this Weekly 24/7 configuration? And/or any suggestions on how to build a test schedule?</p>

<p>Can you try configuring the schedule so that it&#39;s occurrences do not span two days ( looks like it&#39;s set to start at 10:00 one day and end at 9:00 am the next day ). &nbsp;Here&#39;s how the 4:30 (Test) and 6:00 (Test) &nbsp;&quot;24/7&quot; test schedules are configured...<br />
