Group Participation Field Type in Reports

I am using the Group Participation field type in a report, with the output being a Group List. I want to utilize the "Participates in Groups" drop-down to filter the groups listed. However, the drop-down only shows 9 Data Views -- and not the one I need. How can I add my Data View to the options under "Participates in Groups"?

Dataviews are targeted to an "entity type" - a specific object within Rock. By default, dropdowns only show Dataviews from the same entity type, unless there's a "Related Dataviews" section that links the two types. Most likely you're comparing two different entity types and there's not a built-in way to link the two.
