Can the list of options for Gender be edited?

I could find the place in Rock to Add/Change/Delete  the options for most fields in Rock, e.g. Title, Connection Status, etc,  BUT, I just cannot find the place to edit the options for Gender.  Currently the available options are Male, Female and Unknown.

    Those options are hard coded in the system as those are (currently) the only physical choices available to human beings.

    What are you trying to accomplish? There may be another way to do what you need.

      I am in the midst of writing some documentation on the available options for fields found in the Person Page. This will be the reference point for end users as we customise Rock to our church's requirements. This documentation will show the available options and where to add/change/delete the options in the future if necessary. I just could not find the place to edit the options for Gender. Thanks for your answer.
