Check-in Labels and Zebra Printers

My understanding is that the pre-made check-in labels are 4 in x 2 in.  But when using labels and printer settings with these dimensions on a Zebra LP 2844-Z printer it only prints blank labels.  Changing to 4 x 1.5 inch labels does work but of course it prints across 2 labels.

    If I understand this correctly the issue is probably the labels. Double check what is compatible. I would guess the 4000D (Direct thermal) are compatible. The 4000T (Thermal Transfer) are not. I just might have made the same mistake a few months ago...

    The lables are 4x2 and have been tested on a Zebra LP 2844-Z. You might try resetting the printer to factory defaults.

    It still isn't working but since we aren't rolling out Check-in for a while this project has been sidelined for now.  I've tried using Z-Perform 2000T and Z-Select 4000T labels which are supposed to be compatible with our printers but they just come out blank.  They don't even print when using the built-in diagnostic functions so it probably isn't even a Rock issue.
