After watching the Communications Lists and Segments video on RockU, I wanted to work on a Communication List. After going to Admin Tools > Communications, I realised that I'm missing Communication List as an option (as well as Communication Queue, Communication List Categories and Communication Template Categories). Is it possible that I have deleted them somehow? How do I get them back? It seems like the Communications Wizard isn't really working.
