We are getting into using Rock for events registration. We noticed that for event registration where the credit card transaction fails, the attendees are still considered registered and received a registration confirmation email while the email will state the amount due. Additionally, if the registration instance has a group linkage, this registrant will be added to the group and from the linked group. 

In our old system, registrations are not considered completed for paid events if the payments were not made.


1) Is there a way to set it so that the registration is not considered completed if payment is not fully made? We are likely not going to offer partial payment options.

2) Is there a way for the registrar to retry their payment if it has failed? From reading the documentation, there doesn't seem to be a way for them to retry their payment until a payment reminder email is sent out with a link to pay.
