Importing Data to Rock

Is there a way to import data into rock using an excel document? I have several tables of data from excel that I need to get into Rock. Tables include Giving, Groups, Attendance, and Members.

There is excavator that you can download at https://github.com/NewSpring/Excavator but right now it is creating new attributes rather than adding values to existing attributes.

You could also import data using SQL. But you'd have to have someone that that knows what they're doing.
