Please can anyone tell me where or how I can enter country name in RockRms setup?

I'm not sure what exactly you are needing to do. If you need to enable International Addresses, then go to Admin Tools > General Settings > Global Attributes > Support International Addresses. This is just a Yes/No that you need to select.

If already have that enabled and need to add a country to the list then go to Admin Tools > General Settings > Defined Types > Countries
