Please can anyone tell me where or how I can enter country name in RockRms setup?

Where are you wanting the country name to show up? (or, where do you see it showing up incorrectly)?
The only place that comes to mind is this: In "Admin Tools -> General Settings -> Global Attributes", you can set the address of your church, which can include the country. You can also turn on "Support International Addresses" there.
