We are just starting with Rockrms and have a few questions

Does your software integrate with Quickbooks?

Does your software integrate with PushPay?

We were using Church Community Builders, do you have a side by side comparable features list?

Is it possible with your software to send volunteer requests by text and by email?

Is it possible to use your template for an email and send that email to an entire group?

Thanks

Welcome, Margaret! I'll try to answer all of your questions:

    1. Rock does not integrate with Quickbooks, or any other financial package. Most churches find that they don't need "integration" between their ChMS and their financial (where the GL lives) package. Rock tracks contributions and batches them. These batch totals are what get entered into the GL. There's no need for individual-contribution-level tracking in the financial package.

    2. Yes, there is a free PushPay plugin in the Rock Shop (Rock's version of the App Store). You can see the docs for the plugin here http://storage.rockrms.com/pushpay/PushpayIntegration.pdf

    3. There is no side-by-side feature comparison I'm aware of. Rock check-off most of the "obvious" boxes (giving, check-in, people, groups, etc) here https://www.rockrms.com/Rock/Features But beyond that, Rock is unlike any other ChMS out there as it allows extensive customization via "Lava" as well as automating processes via the Workflow Engine.

    4. Rock can send email or texts to anyone in your database. For email, you really want to use an email delivery service... Rock supports Mailgun, which is free for up to 10,000 emails/mo as well as SendGrid. For texting, Rock supports Twilio, which is not free but is reasonably priced and is practically the defacto standard for texting.

    5. Rock uses email templates and you can make them look however you want. You can also secure templates so only certain users can send mail with that template. And yes, you can send email to groups. In Rock, pretty much any time a grid of people is show, you can email that grid by clicking a single button.

If you haven't already, I would at least read a couple of the guides here https://www.rockrms.com/Learn/Documentation They are short and well written. Start with the Person & Family field manual.
