Move block to other page zone

I modified the layout of an existing page.  I then attempted to move existing configured blocks from one page zone to another page zone, but cannot figure out how to do that.

    There is a little icon in the block configure bar that will let you move it between zones.

    On the page, click the block configuration. Highlight the block you want to move and look for the square with the arrow coming out of in at an angle.  Click that and it will bring up the move block dialogue pictured below.  Select the region you want to move the block to and save.
