Use Office365 or Google for Work as Email SMTP Relay?

Hi, I failed to find any guide here on how to setup office365 or google for work as default email SMTP relay for RockRMS. Are you able to guide me accordingly? Thanks.

    Found the answer to my question... I need to enable Less Secure Apps access to ON :)




    It is now sending communication. Yay!

    I have configured this using the right settings and account credentials but I keep on getting this error when sending... 

    Exception: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.5.1 Authentication Required. Learn more at

    Any tips? Thanks
