I keep get multiple labels printing out for each child. HELP

    Hey Scott!  Sorry for the trouble.

    I'm shooting from the hip here, so please bear with me.  

    I'm assuming you've gone through the manual and configured accordingly -- is this a problem that just started, or have there been other weeks where the correct number of labels printed? 

    Is it printing too many of a particular label, such as the child label or the parent label?  Or is it printing too many of ALL labels?

    Under the "CheckIn Label" setting under Rock > Checkin > Checkin Labels > Labelname , is the setting "Print For Each" set the way you need it?

    Could the printer be setup to print multiple copies through the driver?

    Again, just shooting from the hip. I know how frustrating checkin can be, especially considering it's a very public-facing problem. :-)

    If you go to Admin | Check-in | Check-in Config | Weekly Service Area and then click on one of the check-in areas that's printing multiple labels, do you see the same label listed twice? That would cause double printing.

    Neither one of those are the issue. When I print a family and then go check on the next family it prints previous family checked in along with current family.
