Externally Hosting w/ Newsprings Checkin app

I anyone else externally hosting but using Newsprings Attended Check-in app?

I am wondering how you work the IP address requirement? Any of our check-in computers show our external ip address in the app and to get it to work that's what we must used. By using our eternal IP every kiosk will be forced to print to the same printer IP.  We also don't have a dedicated IP so the IP changes and needs updated.

I have tried using my internal IP address but the system will not take it.

We host externally and use NewSpring's Check-in. I got around that issue by swapping out NewSpring's admin page for the core check-in admin page.

We're running check-in with NewSpring's attended checkin plugin and love it! We've setup a VPN between our campus router, and our server on Azure. The VPN can be a little tricky to setup, but it's been rock solid. If your church size is a little smaller, you could get a few static IPs from your ISP and setup your firewall to give static addresses to just your checkin computers and use NAT for the rest of your campus.

Another option, which might be the lowest cost option, is to get a single static IP address and then use client side printing.

VPN was my one of my ideas to solve this, but when I setup our 3Essentials VPS to VPN into our network it no longer was available publicly and I don't know enough about networking to solve this.
