Trying to customize the default giving template in Dynamic PDF Designer.  When I attempt to install the product I get an error saying I need to install MSXML 4.0.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

UPDATE:  I was able to get it load on an older server I had - but I would love to get this working on my Win10 computer instead of working from the server if possible.
