Rock in another language? Would be "Stein" in mine..

Hello.

This looks like it could be a useful tool for our church, but since we reside in Norway, it would be nice to have it in our native language. Are there some plans for that in the near future?

I've looked at a similar question that was asked two years ago - but I couldn't figure out how to up-vote or something, so I've asked a new question.

Aside from the few features currently in Rock to help internationalization (addresses, phone numbers, currency symbol, etc) there are no plans to make it multi-language.

Being open source, this of course could be done by a motivated individual/organization but would involve forking the current codebase along with a huge amount of work. Until that happens,, Rock will remain English only.

    Hey Jern,

There are no plans for translation of the project, which as a fellow non-American I know sucks. The good news is Rock fully supports the patterns of internationalisation (like different currencies!).

You can use the Google Translate extension, which is pretty hit and miss. Translating otherwise is outside the scope of the project.
