Hosting on IPage

Is it possible to host on IPage? And if so, can it be done by someone (like me) that isn't very technical?

Unless I'm missing it, it appears that iPage only offers Unix/Linux hosting using Apache and PHP. Rock requires Windows for IIS hosting (using ASP.net) and SQL Server. So unless there's a plan I didn't see that offers these resources, Rock cannot be hosted by iPage, sorry.
