I have a pretty complicated ministry. We do Prison ministry in a bunch of different prison's all across the nation. So it is unique in managing data because the inmates can't enter data for themselves, so it ends up falling on the volunteers to enter all of the data. Including (attendance, getting released from prison, decisions for Christ, baptisms, etc). So my question is are you guys the right fit? I have checked out a couple different sites including Church Community Builder and haven't found one that works with us yet. Can someone call me at 702-354-8653 ASAP to discuss this. Thank you!

I think Rock is probably a great fit for your needs... one of the reasons it's called "RockRMS" (Relational Management System) vs. the traditional "ChMS" (Church Management System) is because the core team envisioned it being used anywhere you need to track people and relationships, not just in churches. It can definitely track the data you mention and much more (thinking out loud, I bet each prison could be a "campus" in Rock, allowing you to track who is in what prison, etc... and the other data you mention are just attributes you add to a person).

It might be tough for someone here to carve out time to call you directly (we're just other Rock users' hanging out, not "staff") but I would suggest you join the Slack channel via http://www.rockrms.com/slack which is real-time chat and you can ask any question you want and likely get answers quickly, depending on the time of day/night.
