I'm a URL fiddler...Sorry.  I noticed that when I'm on the Staff Portal and change /Person/1 to /Person/15 (a bogus Person ID in my DB) I see the Person page with no name or info.  Is that expected?  Or should I be seeing a "There's no one with that ID" type of message?
