ROCK and 3rd party application integrations

We are currently looking at your product and presently have an interface between our EMS (room management) system and our Honeywell HVAC system.  This allows for automatic changes to room temperature settings.  Do you currently have an interface or third party interface to Honeywell HVAC control systems?

We have visited Willow Creek Church in Chicago and wanted to speak with someone on what they are now using since adopting and implementing ROCK:

1- Didn't they use or are they still using EMS as a room management platform or does ROCK allow other integration ability.

2- What does ROCK provide Willow Creek in terms of integration with room management, HVAC integration, catering options, and food-event promotions.

Any help you could provide or a contact at Willow Creek (I have reached out to their IT development department) that I could speak to would be greatly appreciated.  Blessings.

    Hi Patrick! As a community there is interest in room management but there is currently nothing on the road map for the core product. That said, there some who are considering writing a plugin for the Rock Shop for this functionality (though I don't think HVAC support is on the drawing board yet). I can't say what Willow is doing in the area of room management, but it sounds like you've already reached out to them and I'm sure they'll be getting back to you.

    Room management is not currently available but I believe it is coming in the next production release. As far as the HVAC this is something that could be added by someone with asp.net skills but is not a core feature in Rock. Take a look at the documents regarding plugins for tips on getting started.
