can information be transfered over?

We have our old system, can we some how merge that into this system or do we have to implement everyone ourselves?

There is currently no built-in data import features in the Rock beta. A project here https://github.com/NewSpring/Excavator is being worked on to allow importing from Fellowship 1, Arena, and CSV files... so on very simple systems CSV is likely going to be the common denominator. Over time I imagine (hope) others might add specific imports for other systems to the Excavator project.
