Can't Delete Giving Profile

On our website, if you go to Manage Giving Profiles and try to delete a current profile it pops up a green message box that says it was deleted. However, if you refresh the page, the profile is still there. If you hit delete again you get this error message.

If I go to the scheduled transactions page in Admin, and hit "Refresh Now" under Status Refresh, then the scheduled transaction finally goes away. 

Is this a setting that I have wrong somewhere?

    I haven't worked with this block/operation, but:

    Try deleting a giving profile, then flush the cache from the admin bar and refresh to see if the profile is gone. If it is, check to see if there's a setting to cache that particular block in Rock...
